Delivery Terms and Conditions
- Please allow 2 working days for us to process your orders. For large orders, please order at least 4 days in advance. Sundays and Public Holidays NOT included. Thank you for your understanding!
- Our Delivery Hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Saturdays ONLY! For delivery on Public Holidays, a surcharge of $20 is applicable.
- A minimum order of $50 is required for delivery.
- For a promotional period only, FREE delivery for purchases above $100! ( Refer to Point 6)
- We only deliver to a single location per order.
- Additional Charges will be charged in the following situations
- $10 flat charge for deliveries made to Postal Codes starting with 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 22, 23, 34, 25, 26, 27, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 73, 75.
- $20 Flat charge for deliveries made before 9am and after 5pm (Subject to availability, Please Call 62877205 to check)
- $10 Flat charge for deliveries made between 3pm to 5pm.
- $10 Flat charge for deliveries made to Sentosa Island
- $20 Flat charges for deliveries 1 day before Public Holiday
- $20 Flat charges for deliveries on Public Holiday
- We regret to inform we do not provide delivery to Jurong Island
- We strive our utmost best to deliver on time but however we will not be bound by nor held responsible for any inconvenience or loss to you should we be delayed due to accidents, traffic jams or any Act of God.
- Should no one be present for receiving of order, a $20 flat charge will be incurred for a repeat delivery, subject to availability.
- We advise that all orders be consumed within 4 HOURS of Delivery.
- Order Cancellation Charges
- All cancellations to be made via phone to 62877205
- 10% Surcharge of order amount for cancellations made 1 week or more before delivery
- 50% surcharge of order amount for cancellations made 48 hours or more before delivery
- 75% surcharge of order amount for cancellations made 24 hours or more before delivery
- 100% surcharge of order amount for cancellations made 12 hours or less before delivery
12. Please be informed that there will be no delivery service from 22nd January 2020 to 4th February 2020 due to Chinese New Year Festival. Delivery service will resume on 5th February 2020. We apologise for any inconveniece caused.
